    Arrival in Paro, Transfer to Thimphu

    Upon arriving in Paro, you'll immediately feel the cool mountain breeze welcoming you to Bhutan. Begin your journey with a scenic drive to Thimphu, Bhutan's vibrant capital, passing by picturesque landscapes, rivers, and the famous Chuzom confluence. Along the way, catch sight of the stunning Tschogang Lhakhang, a historic 15th-century temple. Once in Thimphu, unwind with a leisurely stroll through the city streets, observing the blend of tradition and modernity. Overnight in Thimphu.

    Exploring Thimphu's Highlights

    Start your day by exploring Thimphu's most treasured sites. Visit the iconic Buddha Dordenma statue, followed by the Memorial Chorten, a symbol of Bhutan's spiritual and cultural heritage. Next, head to the Folk Heritage Museum and the School of Traditional Arts, where Bhutan's artistic legacy comes to life.     Thimphu to Punakha via Dochula Pass

    Today, journey to the tranquil Punakha Valley via the scenic Dochula Pass, located at 3,050 meters above sea level. Stop at Dochula to soak in panoramic views of the Himalayan range and admire the 108 memorial chortens that dot the pass. Upon arrival in Punakha, visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, the former seat of Bhutan's government, nestled at the confluence of two rivers. In the afternoon, visit Chimi Lhakhang, the "Temple of Fertility," where countless visitors seek blessings. Overnight in Punakha. Day 4

    Punakha to Paro, Sightseeing in Paro

    After breakfast, set off for Paro, a charming valley town. Upon arrival, explore Paro Dzong, a fortress with a unique architectural style, and the National Museum, housed in the ancient Ta Dzong. Spend your afternoon wandering the serene grounds of Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest temples, before settling in for the night in Paro.

    Hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery

    Prepare for an unforgettable experience today as you hike to the renowned Taktsang Monastery, famously known as Tiger's Nest. Perched dramatically on the edge of a cliff, this sacred site is one of the most iconic landmarks in Bhutan. The trek takes about five hours, offering incredible views of the valley below and a spiritual atmosphere at the summit. After your hike, return to Paro for some leisure time and overnight stay.
